Job Description
Berkshire Post Acute in Denver, Colorado seeks a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehab services in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.
Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility interventions for residents requiring short-term rehab and long-term care.
Responsibilities include implementing care plans, documenting in the EMR, educating residents and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
