Job Description

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support students in the Education, Training & E-Learning department.

In this role, you will conduct behavior assessments, design and implement evidence-based intervention plans, and collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to improve student outcomes.

You will collect and analyze data, coach staff on behavior strategies, and help create supportive, inclusive learning environments.
