About This Role
This role involves delivering one-on-one behavioral therapy services to children with developmental disabilities across Massachusetts. You'll work directly with clients in their homes or community settings, using play-based techniques to teach life skills and address behavioral challenges. Full-time positions start between $23-$27 per hour with a potential $2,500 signing bonus and $250 monthly performance bonuses. You'll be part of a clinical team under the supervision of licensed behavior analysts, implementing individualized treatment plans and tracking client progress. This role suits compassionate individuals with patience for working with children, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain flexible in various home environments. A background in education, healthcare, or psychology is valuable but not required—the right attitude and commitment to client success matter most.
