Physical Therapist

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting thorough initial assessments, setting measurable functional goals, and providing one-on-one treatment sessions tailored to each patient’s needs and activity level. You will document care accurately and efficiently using electronic medical records, monitor patient progress, and adjust plans of care as needed to ensure safe and effective outcomes. Education is a key part of this position; you will regularly instruct patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications that support long-term success.
