About This Role
You'll work as a Licensed Mental Health Technician supporting Headway's mission to make mental health care more accessible through technology-enabled services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assisting licensed clinicians, helping patients navigate the platform and services, documenting clinical information, and supporting the administrative workflow that connects clients with appropriate mental health professionals. You'll be part of a team focused on reducing barriers to care and streamlining the patient experience. This role is ideal for someone with an LMHT license who is genuinely passionate about mental health support and comfortable working in a tech-forward environment. You should be detail-oriented, empathetic, and ready to contribute to both clinical and operational aspects of patient care.
