About This Role
This position involves delivering hands-on physical therapy services to older adults in a senior living community setting. You'll evaluate residents' mobility and functional abilities, design personalized treatment plans, and conduct therapy sessions to improve their strength, balance, and independence. Your days will include collaborating with nurses, doctors, and other care staff to ensure coordinated resident care, maintaining detailed clinical documentation, and teaching residents and their families exercises they can do at home.
