Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support children and young adults in educational settings.
In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans, and collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and families.
You will collect and analyze data, coach staff on behavior strategies, and help create positive, inclusive learning environments.

Active BCBA certification from BACB in good standing
Experience requirements vary by employer.

Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
