About This Role
You'll provide direct mental health counseling and therapy to clients working through a range of personal and emotional challenges. Your days will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions—either in-person or through Headway's telehealth platform. You'll also manage client documentation, coordinate with other healthcare providers when needed, and help navigate insurance processes to remove barriers to care. This role suits LCSWs who are genuinely committed to making mental health treatment more accessible and who work well within a team environment focused on innovation. You'll need an active LCSW license and the ability to build trust quickly with diverse clients facing real-world struggles.
