Job Description

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs.

In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement data-driven behavior intervention plans, and collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families.

You will coach staff on evidence-based strategies, monitor student progress, and contribute to IEP planning.
