Your Schedule, Your Balance This full-time hybrid role includes a combination of in person and WFH opportunities at our Southern Pines, NC location to allow for flexibility, documentation, and family collaboration. What You'll Be Doing Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development What You'll Need Active BCBA Certification (required) North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills A compassionate, team-oriented mindset Why Clinicians Love The Treetop ABA
