Job Description

Life Care Centers is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team.

In this role, you will support Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to senior residents, assisting with treatment plans that promote independence, safety, and well-being.

You will document patient progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
