Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center is looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join their adult Program of Assertive Community Treatment. The PACT team goes out into the community to meet our consumers where they are at by providing resources and mental health support. Experience:
- Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services. Contingent to training availability, Department sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of the start date.
- Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Requires a baccalaureate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field. Contingent to training availability, Department sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of the start date.
