Description The Recovery Village Kansas City in Raytown, MO

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday. 8am to 430pm, one night during the week until 6pm. Salary Ranges: ( I ncludes Additional Financial Incentives) Independently Licensed: $74,880 - $87,776 Preliminary Licensed: $66,560 - $73,216 The Recovery Village Kansas City is an adult rehab facility that is physician-led and committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care for substance use disorders and mental health conditions. We invest in your time-leveraging proprietary AI technology to simplify documentation and give you more time where it matters most: patient care Job Duties Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI) Support discharge planning and continuity of care Requirements Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field Licensed in the state of Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LSW, MFTC) Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset CPR and BFA Certification required.
