Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs.
In this role, you will implement individualized, research-based behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and collaborate closely with teachers, clinicians, and families to promote positive academic and social outcomes.
You will work within a collaborative, nurturing culture that values innovation, respect, and continuous learning, with comprehensive training, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on children and young adults.
