Job Description
Solaris HealthCare seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support skilled nursing and rehab residents in achieving their highest level of function.
Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait training, functional mobility, and restorative programs while ensuring safety and dignity.
You will document progress, educate residents and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered, family-like environment with strong clinical standards and ongoing training.

Active PT license in good standing in the state of employment
Experience requirements vary by employer.
BLS typically required.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
