About This Role
This position involves direct patient care with senior residents, where you'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver hands-on rehabilitative therapy to improve mobility and functional independence. You'll work as part of a larger care team, documenting patient progress and teaching residents and their families how to continue therapy at home.
