About This Role
You'll deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions to patients through Headway's platform, using evidence-based treatment methods to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your days involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with other healthcare providers when needed. This role offers flexibility—you'll have control over your schedule and can work from your own office or a designated location. Headway handles insurance verification and billing, so you focus on patient care without administrative overhead. This position suits licensed psychologists who want meaningful clinical work with reliable client flow, appreciate operational support, and are committed to making therapy accessible through insurance networks.
