About This Role
Life Care Centers is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to work with senior residents in their Eugene facility. You'll execute treatment plans designed by the supervising Occupational Therapist, lead patients through therapeutic activities, track their progress in clinical documentation, and help residents and their families understand their rehabilitation goals. Your day involves working closely with nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to help seniors regain independence and improve their quality of life. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills and genuine interest in patient outcomes. You'll need current COTA certification and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team committed to maintaining clinical standards and regulatory compliance.
