About This Role
In this role at a senior living community in Chandler, you'll work as part of a clinical team delivering occupational therapy treatments to residents. Your day involves assisting with rehabilitation activities designed to help seniors maintain independence in daily tasks, executing treatment plans under an occupational therapist's supervision, and educating residents and families about recovery progress. You'll document patient progress, coordinate with interdisciplinary staff, and contribute to a family-centered care environment. This is a facility-based position suited for COTAs who are compassionate about geriatric care, detail-oriented with documentation, and comfortable working collaboratively in a structured healthcare setting. You'll need current COTA certification and a commitment to quality patient outcomes.
