About This Role
You'll work alongside Occupational Therapists in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, helping patients regain independence through hands-on support. Day-to-day tasks include implementing treatment plans, assisting patients with activities of daily living and mobility exercises, documenting progress in patient records, and providing education to patients and their families. This is a direct patient care role that requires compassion and attention to detail. You'll be part of a team focused on promoting safety and function for people recovering from injury or illness. This position suits candidates with an occupational therapy assistant certification or equivalent credentials, combined with genuine interest in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
