Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-time | Inpatient At Greenbrier Valley Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company , we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Physical Therapist (PT) in an inpatient hospital setting , you will play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, function, and confidence during critical stages of recovery, all while working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary care team. Our inpatient clinicians treat a wide range of diagnoses, including post-surgical recovery, neurological conditions, medically complex cases, deconditioning, and mobility impairments. Whether your background is in acute care, med-surg, neuro, or transitional rehab, we provide the support, resources, and flexibility to help you succeed and grow. Your Role: Deliver individualized, evidence-based physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex conditions in an inpatient setting Develop and progress plans of care focused on functional independence, safety, and discharge readiness Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary care teams Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately in EMR Manage a daily caseload appropriate to inpatient acuity levels, with dedicated time for documentation Contribute to a culture of clinical learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement Requirements Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Inpatient, acute care, or hospital-based experience preferred, but not required Benefits Why Physical Therapists Choose H2 Health!
