Job Description
PruittHealth is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team.
In this on-site role, you will provide hands-on rehabilitation under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients regain mobility, function, and independence.
Responsibilities include carrying out individualized treatment plans, assisting with therapeutic exercises and gait training, documenting progress in the EMR, and educating patients and families on home programs and safety.
You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, patient-centered environment that values dignity, respect, and professional growth.
