About This Role
As a Behavior Technician with SenseSational Learning Group, you'll work directly with neurodivergent children using play-based ABA therapy methods in their homes, schools, and community settings. Your day involves implementing behavior intervention plans, tracking client progress, and building skills through natural, engaging interactions rather than structured drills. This is a full-time, in-person role in Mason, Michigan, paying $20–$23 per hour based on your experience level. Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience) Who We Are: We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.
