About This Role

As a Behavior Technician with SenseSational Learning Group, you'll work directly with neurodivergent children using play-based ABA therapy methods in their homes, schools, and community settings. Your day involves implementing behavior intervention plans, tracking client progress, and building skills through natural, engaging interactions rather than structured drills. This is a full-time, in-person role in Mason, Michigan, paying $20–$23 per hour based on your experience level.
