You'll deliver therapy sessions to individuals and families seeking mental health support through Headway's insurance-integrated platform. Your days involve conducting virtual or in-person sessions, developing treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with care coordinators to ensure clients receive comprehensive support. You'll work with diverse populations facing relationship challenges, life transitions, and mental health concerns. This role suits licensed therapists who are genuinely invested in expanding mental health access and comfortable working within an organized care system.
