About This Role
This role places you directly in clinical work, providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions to clients dealing with a range of mental health conditions. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions while maintaining detailed clinical documentation. Your days will involve client sessions, case consultation, and coordination with other healthcare providers. You'll work within Headway's insurance-integrated model, which means navigating coverage details as part of your practice. This position suits licensed mental health counselors who are skilled at building rapport with diverse client populations and comfortable working in a structured clinical environment.
