Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide individualized, evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
In this patient-centered role, you will implement PT treatment plans to improve function, mobility, safety, and quality of life, while documenting progress and collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team.
