About This Role
Headway is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide direct clinical services to patients through their insurance-integrated platform. In this role, you'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based counseling to clients dealing with a range of mental health concerns. You'll work within a system designed to streamline the patient experience, which means less administrative friction and more time focused on client care. This position is based in Evansville, Indiana. The ideal candidate brings clinical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to making mental health care accessible. You should be licensed as an LMHC and comfortable working in a modern, technology-enabled environment that prioritizes both patient outcomes and professional development.
