Job Description

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team supporting seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based treatments focused on strength, balance, mobility, fall prevention, and functional independence.

Responsibilities include carrying out individualized treatment plans, accurate EMR documentation, patient and family education, and close collaboration with nursing and rehab team members.
