About This Role
You'll work directly with children and families in their homes across the Charlotte and New York areas, providing one-on-one behavior support and therapy sessions. As a BT or RBT, your days involve implementing behavior intervention plans, tracking progress, and helping children develop skills that extend far beyond each session. You'll build ongoing relationships with families and become a consistent, reliable presence in their lives. This role suits people who genuinely want to support child development and are committed to mastering ABA techniques.
