We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services through the Elwyn Early Intervention Program throughout Philadelphia. What We Offer Competitive contractor rates Flexible scheduling and caseload options Supportive, therapist-friendly leadership team Streamlined documentation systems Administrative support with scheduling and case management Access to clinical resources and collaboration Opportunities for long-term growth and consistency A company culture built on quality, integrity, and clinician support Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy services for children in Philadelphia's Preschool Early Intervention program Collaborate with caregivers, teachers and multidisciplinary team members Complete evaluations, treatment planning, progress updates, and documentation in accordance with Elwyn and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and consultations as needed Maintain timely and accurate documentation Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Pennsylvania SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Early Intervention experience strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while remaining connected with the team This role is ideal for an experienced clinician looking for flexibility, strong support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Early Intervention.
