About This Role
Headway is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide therapy services through their digital platform that connects patients with mental health professionals. In this role, you'll conduct counseling sessions, likely using a mix of in-person and telehealth appointments, while working within Headway's integrated system that handles insurance coordination. You'll work with clients seeking mental health support and contribute to treatment planning and case documentation. The ideal candidate is someone with an active LPC license, strong clinical skills, and genuine interest in making therapy more accessible. You should be comfortable working in a technology-enabled environment and able to manage a client caseload while maintaining clinical standards.
