About This Role
This position offers physical therapy work at Life Care Center of South Hill in Rochester, New Hampshire. You'll work with patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering hands-on therapy to help residents regain mobility and function. Your days will involve direct patient care, documentation, and collaboration with nursing and care teams. The role is based on-site at the facility.
