Job Description
Berkshire Post Acute in Denver, Colorado seeks a compassionate Physical Therapy Aide/Assistant to support our resident-first rehab team.
In this on-site role, you’ll assist physical therapists with mobility training, exercises, and treatment setup for short-term rehab and long-term care residents.
Responsibilities include preparing therapy areas, safely transferring and positioning residents, monitoring and documenting participation, and following strict safety and infection control protocols.
You’ll collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to promote dignity, recovery, and quality outcomes in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
H.S. diploma required; CNA or rehab experience preferred.
