Job Description
ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support children and young adults in educational settings.
In this collaborative role, you will conduct assessments, implement individualized, research-based behavior intervention plans, and collect data to track progress.
You will partner closely with teachers, therapists, and families to create supportive learning environments, coach staff on effective strategies, and contribute to IEP and treatment planning.

Active BCBA certification from BACB in good standing
Experience requirements vary by employer.

Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
