Supervision provided, if needed. ⭐ CADC I, II, or III Substance Abuse Counselor St arting $29+/hour ⭐ QMHP Clinician S tarting at $33+/hour Willing to obtain a CADC or is currently dually credentialed. We invest in your time-leveraging proprietary AI technology to simplify documentation and give you more time where it matters most: patient care Job Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI) Support discharge planning and continuity of care Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Field preferred. High School Diploma required. Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred. OR State SUD certification required if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor's level. License preferred. CADC I,II, or III QMHA or QMHP and willing to obtain a CADC CSWA, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPC CPR-AED and First Aid certification required.
