About This Role
This position involves delivering hands-on rehabilitation support to patients across various healthcare settings in the Hamlin area, including hospitals, clinics, and medical centers. You'll carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, apply different treatment modalities, and maintain accurate progress documentation. Patient education—explaining exercises and recovery goals to both patients and their families—is a regular part of the role. You'll work under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists in a collaborative environment. This role suits someone with strong communication skills, genuine interest in helping patients recover, and the ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team. Prior experience as a PTA or current certification is expected.
