Job Description

Lutheran Social Services seeks a compassionate Therapist to provide outpatient counseling and support to individuals and families in our Community & Social Services programs.

In this mission-driven, faith-informed, and client-centered role, you will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.

The Therapist also maintains accurate clinical documentation, participates in case consultations, and supports access to community resources, helping clients build stability, resilience, and wellness.
