About This Role
In this role, you'll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in their homes across Wyoming. Your days will involve implementing treatment plans, running behavioral interventions, collecting session data, and collaborating with supervising clinicians to track progress. You'll work flexible scheduling that allows you to balance client needs with your personal life. This position suits RBTs who are detail-oriented, patient, and genuinely motivated to support both children and their families through evidence-based therapy. You should be comfortable working independently in home environments while maintaining strong communication with your clinical team.
