About This Role
This role involves providing direct mental health counseling services to patients through Headway's insurance-integrated platform. You'll conduct individual therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and support clients working through various mental health concerns. Your work will primarily be delivered via telehealth or in-person appointments from the Spring Mill Woods location, allowing you to help patients access care more conveniently. This position suits licensed mental health counselors who are empathetic, organized, and comfortable working within insurance networks.
