About This Role
You'll support occupational therapists in helping patients regain independence and functional abilities at a rehabilitation hospital serving the Cape Coral area. Day-to-day work includes assisting with patient therapy sessions, helping clients practice activities of daily living and fine motor skills, documenting progress, and preparing treatment materials. You'll work directly with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses, celebrating their progress as they rebuild confidence and capability. This role suits compassionate individuals with attention to detail who enjoy hands-on healthcare work and find meaning in patient outcomes. You'll be based locally in Cape Coral, supporting a clinical team focused on meaningful rehabilitation results rather than quick fixes.
