Eighteen months of customer service experience in crisis management, safety or mental health settings, assisting individuals in behavioral or mental health crises; OR A two-year associate’s degree in a related field; OR Any combination of education and experience that commensurate with the above requirements Note: A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate may take the place of six months of experience Desired Attributes: The following are desired attributes that we have identified as key to success for this role at OHA.
