About This Role
In this role, you'll work as a Speech Language Pathologist serving older adults in an adult day care environment, with a focus on patients experiencing dementia and age-related conditions. Your days will involve direct patient assessment and treatment, collaborating with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, and developing individualized care plans tailored to geriatric needs. You'll provide hands-on therapy sessions and monitor patient progress throughout the program.
