Physical Therapist Assistant – Tender Touch Rehab Services Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working within a supportive, patient-centered team, you will implement PT treatment plans, deliver therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions to enhance independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include accurate EMR documentation, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and education for patients and caregivers.
