About This Role
New Directions Mental Health is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver outpatient counseling services to clients across all age groups in their Pittsburgh clinic. Your days will involve conducting initial assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, and maintaining detailed client records in the EHR system. You'll work alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians in a team-based environment focused on client outcomes.
