Job Description
Capstone Healthcare Staffing seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care across diverse healthcare settings.
In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help patients maximize independence in daily living.
You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, document progress, and educate patients and families.

Requirements
Active OT license in good standing in the state of employment
1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new grads considered for residency tracks.
BLS required. ACLS preferred for hospital roles.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
