About This Role
You'll provide counseling services to patients through Headway's integrated telehealth platform, working with individuals seeking mental health support in a flexible setting. This role focuses on direct patient care—conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches. You'll collaborate with other healthcare providers within Headway's network to ensure coordinated care. The position works well for licensed counselors who prefer remote or hybrid flexibility and want to practice without the overhead of running an independent practice. You should be comfortable with digital platforms, genuinely interested in making mental health care more accessible, and skilled at building rapport with diverse patient populations. This is ideal if you want steady patient caseload work without insurance hassles on your end.
