About This Role
Headway is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide direct mental health services to clients through their platform-based care model. You'll conduct individual therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and work with patients seeking mental health support. The role involves using Headway's integrated system that connects clients with insurance, so you'll also handle some administrative coordination around care delivery and coverage. This position suits clinicians who want meaningful client contact without the overhead of running their own practice, and who are comfortable working within a technology-enabled framework. You should be licensed as an LPC and bring genuine commitment to helping clients achieve measurable progress in their mental health goals.
