Job Description
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT) - GOLDEN YEARS NURSING HOME Liberty Cares With Compassion At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we promote a challenging, but rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. We are currently seeking an experienced: OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT) Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support. Job Requirements: EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program. CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.

BLS typically required.
Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
