About This Role
This role involves delivering direct mental health services to patients through Headway's platform, which connects individuals with licensed professionals. You'll conduct psychological assessments, provide therapy, and develop treatment plans using evidence-based approaches. Most of your time will be spent in patient sessions, whether virtual or in-person at the Welcome, Maryland location. You'll work with clients dealing with various mental health concerns and coordinate care within Headway's insurance-focused model. This position suits psychologists who are drawn to making mental health more accessible and who work well in a collaborative healthcare environment.
