Job Description
Are you getting ready to graduate with your Master's Degree in a counseling-related field, or have you recently graduated and are looking for a place to land where you will receive thoughtful support in improving your skills and getting you to the next level of experience?
If so, we have a wonderful opportunity at our clinic for an entry-level mental health therapist.
Origins is committed to being a teaching practice where new therapists can build their counseling skills and techniques with collaborative supervision and training.
Our vision is to pour into our Resident providers so that it spills out into the care we are giving to our community's mental wellness.
This position is for a First Year Resident in our clinic.
Origins provides a comprehensive residency program designed to enhance the skills and competency of new counselors.
We provide one-on-one clinical supervision as well as twice-monthly group supervision.
Each new provider is paired with a peer mentor who also meets with them weekly to ensure success in getting acclimated to our systems and procedures.

Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.

Is this a school-year or year-round position?
